Yup - while it is easier than ever to feel overwhelmed and uncertain. (thanks Covid!), sometimes we need help getting started. 

Most self-care practitioners had two challenges when starting to implement daily self-care. 

  1. Constantly feeling like there was never enough time

  2. Not always knowing where to start

That is why I created the Me Time Journal — a simple self-care journal with 30 days of activities to make time for you and the things that matter most to you. 

Since 2013, I've learned and implemented many tools to overcome being overly stressed and worried in my life. The Me Time Journal is a compilation of those tools and a few of my own that have helped me in my journey of becoming my best self.
